Amenities include utilities air conditioning and cable TV hook-ups for nominal fee community area coin-operated laundry pets with security deposit off street parking on bus line close to park and shopping. There is a waiting list of one to two years.

Provides a home environment for adults with chronic mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, dual diagnosis, physical disabilities, or behavioral challenges – 24-hour awake staff work directly with each resident to help achieve and maintain maximum independence and quality of life – Offers specialized programming, individual and group activities, personal care and domestic activities, and recreational opportunities – Transportation is provided to job sites, therapy, school, and recreational activities.
